Orders placed before 2 PM are sent on the same day. Orders placed over the weekend are processed the next Monday.

Standard shipping within the UK takes roughly 2 working days. You can also select next-day service provided by Royal Mail or DPD.

DHL or DPD sends European orders based on the designated country. Transit time varies and takes approximately 5-7 working days.

Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date in the same new condition will be eligible for a full refund or an exchange. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
